Shipping methods

You can collect your order using one of the following shipping methods.

1. Courier Delivery

Delivery takes place in 24-48 hours from shipment, depending on the destination.

You can see the shipping cost in the shopping cart, in the field "Estimate Shipping and Tax".

2. Pickup from BOX NOW Locker (24/7)

Receive your order easily, quickly and at any time that suits you, through the automatic pickup lockers of BOX NOW.

Shipping Cost: 3,00€ for orders with a total value of up to 500€.

How it works

Selection: At checkout, choose "BOX NOW" as your shipping method.

Location: Find and select the BOX NOW Locker that serves you best through the interactive map.

Notification: As soon as your parcel is delivered to the locker, you will receive a message on your mobile phone via SMS/Viber with your unique 6-digit PIN.

Pickup: Visit the locker whenever you want, 24/7, enter your PIN on the keypad, and the compartment will open automatically so you can collect your parcel.

Important Information

Access: BOX NOW lockers are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Storage Time: Your parcel will remain in the locker for 48 hours. You can extend this period for an additional 24 hours easily through the BOX NOW website.

3. Transport Company

This option applies only to prepaid orders with a volumetric weight of more than 17 kg.

For shipments to Athens: Free for orders with a volumetric weight of more than 17 kg.

For shipments to the rest of Greece: Recipient charge.

Free shipping from EGNATIA TRANSPORTATION to a local carrier for orders with a weight of more than 17 kg.

This shipping method appears automatically in the basket when the total volumetric weight is equal to or more than 17 kg.

4. Store Pickup

Your order can be collected from our store within 5 working days.
