This indication refers to products that currently have zero available stock in our store, although they are usually items that we normally keep in stock.

In many cases, these products are available in the European distribution centers of the manufacturers we cooperate with, or through our other suppliers, so they can often be replaced quickly after a temporary stock shortage.

If we already know that the delivery time for a temporarily out of stock product exceeds 14 days, we will inform you in advance by email or telephone.

This category includes products that we do not keep in stock, but can obtain only upon request, as well as products that have been announced by the manufacturer.

For orders containing such items, a deposit is required, proportional to the total value of your order.

After receiving your order, we will contact you by email or telephone to inform you about the exact delivery time and the amount of the required deposit.
