Return Policy

In case the product you bought and received does not responds to your demands, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. When you receive your order, please do not damage the packaging, at least for 14 days, so in case you decide to return the product, no problem arises during its transportation.

In case you wish to return your order, please contact us (Tel: +302310533902 & +302310541826). You will be asked to give us your name and the order ID.

In any case please report:

  • The order ID
  • The shipping date of the returned parcel 

Returns without prior notice will not be accepted

Orders that are returned for any reason, are accepted within 14 days from the day when the customer received the order.

In order for a returned product to be accepted, its original packaging, as well as the product itself must be completely intact. Before you return an order, you must contact the company’s accounting office (Tel: +302310533902 & +302310541826), so the return is approved. You will also get a returned-order ID.

In case the buyer is responsible for the return of the order and the returned items remain completely intact, as well as the original packaging is in excellent condition, the customer is charged only with the costs of the initial shipment of the order and its return.

If a product does not meet the descriptions on our website or manufacturing defects are found to be present, the buyer is not charged with the shipping cost and money that he paid on delivery are returned or any debits on credit cards are canceled immediately.

PLANETARIUM of Thessaloniki cares about the quality control and does its best to ensure a smooth shipment and delivery of all orders. However, the company cannot guarantee the absence of manufacturing defects. Imported products are covered by manufacturer warranties of at least one year (see Product Warranty section).

In case a manufacturing defect of any kind is found in a product you have just received, please contact send us an email, or contact us by phone or fax, immediately. One of the members of our well-trained technical support team will contact you as soon as possible to figure out exactly what the problem is.

The defective product, after being checked by our technicians for the defect mentioned, and provided that it is currently available in stock, can be replaced within 10 days from the delivery date. The company PLANETARIUM of Thessaloniki is not responsible for any damages caused to the product during transport or unpacking. In this case, the product warranty is not valid.
