Methods of Payment for Residents of Greece

We understand that some customers may feel cautious when making purchases through an online store. However, PLANETARIUM of Thessaloniki is not only an e-shop, but also an established importing, commercial and publishing company with many years of experience in receiving and shipping orders throughout Greece, Cyprus and the Balkan countries.

For this reason, our e-shop offers multiple payment options so that your transaction can be completed in the most convenient and secure way possible.

1. Cash on Delivery

With a courier company, you pay for your order in cash to the courier employee upon delivery of your parcel. The payable amount includes the shipping cost shown at the completion of your order.

Attention: You should only pay the amount that was agreed when your electronic order was completed. You should never be charged anything extra unless we have informed you in advance or sent you an updated order copy. The payable amount always appears on the parcel delivery note issued by the courier company.

2. Bank Deposit (Prepayment)

If you know the exact payable amount of your order, including shipping cost, you may prepay the amount by depositing it into one of the following bank accounts belonging to Dimitrios Tsampouras & Co General Partnership, owner of the website planitario.gr and the distinctive title PLANETARIUM of Thessaloniki.

If the payment is not confirmed in one of our bank accounts within 5 working days, the order is cancelled.

Important Information for Bank Deposits

If you deposit the value of your order into one of our bank accounts, please indicate the name under which the order was placed when making the deposit, or inform us by phone or email about the payment date and amount.

As soon as we confirm your payment, we will dispatch your order using the delivery method you have selected.

For your additional security, we recommend keeping a copy of the transaction until you receive your order.

3. Credit Card

If you wish to use your credit card, simply select the option "Credit card payment" in the order form.

4. PayPal

Please note that payments via PayPal or by American Express and Diners cards are subject to an additional charge of 2% on the final product price.

5. Payment at the Store

You may also pay directly at the PLANETARIUM of Thessaloniki store, 15-17 Antonis Tritsis Street, Pylaia (Finikas), tel. 00302310 533902. Your order remains reserved at our store for 5 working days.
