At PLANETARIUM of Thessaloniki, all imported products are covered by manufacturer warranties of at least one year, while our company also supports customers through official representation of the foreign manufacturers we cooperate with.

Warranty Coverage

All imported products are covered by manufacturer warranties for at least one year. As official representatives of many foreign manufacturers, we cover any defect that may occur in a product, provided that the item bears the authenticity certification of one of the companies we officially represent.

Proof of Purchase

Whether your purchase was made through our physical store or through planitario.gr, it is strongly recommended that you keep your retail receipt or delivery document, since it serves as proof of warranty coverage and is necessary in case a product needs to be returned or technically inspected.

Replacement and Technical Support

If a product proves to be defective, replacement may take place within a reasonable period from the date of receipt, depending on the nature of the issue and the applicable warranty procedure.
